I live in Nashville but this is one of my grandmas favorite places to take me. They seemed a little understaffed but did a REALLY good job regardless. Not too long of waits, food was good, server was sweet. Host was welcoming. And the manager was very accommodating for me and my grandpa's birthday. I like going here. Never really had a problem with the food either.

Wonderful service! The food was great and fairly fast considering the Sunday after church crowd. I cannot remember our servers name but she was one of the most helpful and friendliest servers I've ever had!

The wait time at 6 o'clock was 10 minutes for my party of three on a Saturday, the hostess sat us at a table for four of course my child wanted to play the table game, their wasn't anyway I was going to allow that since it looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in a week! The server recommend a BBQ burger that turned out to be pretty good, the server kept us up well. We will return but the game is off limits.

We had the $25 for two special. It was all great! Our Valentine's celebration was a shared app of fried pickles. He had ribs and I had steak. Then we shared a huge slice of cheesecake. Go Chili's!

We waited an hour for sliders, quesadillas, and pasta, and then our waitress forgot to put in one of the orders. When we talked to the manager about not paying full price for mediocre food and waiting an hour, she only took off 1$. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Food was okay, what'd you'd expect out of a chilis. Floor was a little dirty but staff were attentive. If going use the app to get in line to avoid the wait.

Took my daughter here as a surprise. The atmosphere was welcoming and comforting. We received great customer service and the server was great. He made sure we had everything we needed. Checking on us throughout the meal. This was a pleasant evening that I truly enjoyed.

Seems as though this day (01/24/2020). I visited They were on a down day. We ordered one water and one sweet tea. We got two waters. I ordered corn and coleslaw and got corn and fries. Although our server was very plesent so did not seem to be able to keep track of us completely. When I did finely get my slaw it was warm. I like Chili's, but this was just a bad day to go.

Food was great, and everyone was nice. I would at the time of writing this (07-11-2020) would suggest calling ahead they only let a certain amount of people in due to the COVID stuff. They will get your number and text you when your table it ready since you cant wait inside you'll be asked to wait in your car if you just show up and they are at their new "full" capacity. Also if you have Yelp you can get a relatively accurate live view of where you are in line. Other than that it's all pretty normal once your in and seated. They should bring you a small cup of Ketchup with fires or anything you might need it with. Hope this helps give you a smooth experience, and that your food was as good as mine.

Great food for a decent price. They have a rewards program that gives you free appetizers and other food items which is great. The only issue i have with the program is you have to use those rewards within a short amount of time before they expire. As far as the actual restaurant goes, it's a somewhat loud atmosphere and the waiters/waitresses can be somewhat forgetful and too busy to refill your drinks or get you something you had asked for.

So very disappointed. Offer a drink special of El Presidente margaritas for $3.13. And not have the staff to support that. Terribly slow service and very disappointing

First time eating at this Chili's and we'll definitely be back. Hannah P was our server and she was great, attentive but not bothersome. Very friendly and personable. Made our visit really great. Food was served in a timely manner and it was hot.

This plandimic has greatly affected your service and character of your staff very unprofessional sat around un bussed tables while staff did nothing but b.s. seems like I could have better service by kindergarteners!!!!!!!!! I am writing this because it's been 20min since I ordered my food fixing to walk out!!!!

Went for the boss burger thinking it was just another gimmick to bring folks in. Good burger...not a 14.99 burger. Little more hype than burger. But great service, always enjoy eating here. Happily paid my bill. Will be back.

Never order to go from here because you’ll never get your food. You can walk inside and everyone who works there is avoiding the to-go area like the plague. 7 people stood around irate because they had been waiting for their food just like me for 55 minutes OVER the “ready time”. When you ask someone they say “I don’t know we’re busy”. You call in to ask and they immediately just place you on hold. This place needs better management. I understand weekends are busy but how can you let people’s food sit on the counter cold and tell them “I don’t know we’re busy”. This place is bad.

Was given appetizer dishes that were still wet and dirty. Food was mediocre, I mean it's a Chili's so I wasn't expecting much. Server was fantastic. Bathrooms are beyond disgusting. And this was at 5 in the afternoon....

Went downtown for my nephew's graduation. I tasted the fajita trio my nephew ordered and the steak was so tender and well seasoned. They need to be better prepared to handle larger parties. There were a few of us that got our food a good amount of time later than others.

Our server Jennifer was absolutely outstanding. I came in with a kinda large family (7) and she was great and had all our food in a timely manner and made sure our drinks stayed fulll. And on top of the terrific service the food was by far amazing. I have never had a bad exspiriance here but this one was by far the BEST. Thank you Jennifer and Chili's for your outstanding service.

So when we walked in it took them like 12 minutes to seat us even though the restaurant wasn't packed at all. Our waiter was friendly but it took forever to get out grub and our desert at the end. Again the restaurant was pretty much empty.
